What the order stipulates
Employer Access
– REGES Online becomes the sole platform for registering and submitting employee data;
– employers who have not used Revisal by March 31, 2025, will be required to use REGES Online exclusively;
– access will be granted via digital identity on RoeID application, digital certificate, or a provisional certificate obtained through a request submitted to the Labor Inspectorate (ITM).
Authorization of Access
– will be granted automatically or by uploading digitally signed documents in the following cases:
1. Whether the employer is registered or not with the National Trade Register Office (ONRC);
2. Whether the person is a legal representative or authorized delegate;
3. Whether the employer is a private entity, state-owned company, or public institution.
Notes regarding the completion of the Register
– must be carried out by employees appointed through a written decision or by an external service provider (based on a contract);
– in the case of collaboration with service providers, their information must be entered into the Register (fiscal code, contract period, etc.) within 3 working days from the date of signing/termination.
