Key information recorded in REGES Online:
– employer and employee details (name, personal identification number, job title, contract type, salary, workplace, etc.);
– contract modifications (secondments, suspensions, terminations, etc.), which must be reported within specific deadlines (e.g., salary changes – maximum 20 days);
– obligation to keep the personnel file, either physically or electronically, available for labor inspectors;
– the period, reasons for suspension, and the termination date of the individual employment contract suspension must be reported no later than the day before the suspension/ termination date, except in cases of suspension based on medical certificates, which must be recorded in the Register within three working days from the date of registration.
Penalties for non-compliance:
– 3,000 – 20,000 RON for failure to submit data or errors;
– up to 5,000 RON for not updating contract modifications;
– 6,000 RON for missing employee records or delays in issuing requested employment certificates.
