Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing small and medium-sized software projects, with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced managers and actively contribute to project success. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients, ensuring that all project stages are completed according to plan.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in a technical field;

• Basic knowledge of software implementation projects;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with internal and external teams (clients and partners);

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;

• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing software implementation projects, developing implementation plans for clients, allocating resources, and tracking deadlines;

• Maintaining communication with clients to identify and define project management objectives, scope, and other requirements;

• Organizing and participating in project meetings to understand requirements, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes;

• Monitoring daily project progress and keeping project statuses up to date;

• Ensuring clear and effective communication among all parties involved in the project;

• Providing assistance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and documenting all client-specific processes;

• Tracking and managing risks, action items, and decisions throughout the implementation project;

• Monitoring the completion of requirements and project documentation to ensure a successful transition to the operations team;

• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, internal reports, etc.;

• Managing client pricing, tracking invoices, and monitoring completed, postponed, or cancelled projects;

• Maintaining operational relationships with project partners and continuously updating working procedures.
