This performance was supported by the growing share of revenues generated by SaaS services, which increased by 15% year-on-year, at a significantly faster pace than the company’s overall growth rate.
In a context marked by accelerated legislative changes, increased operational pressure, complex needs for HR process digitalization, and the integration of human resources management systems with financial and accounting platforms, Smartree demonstrated strong capabilities and stability in the IT solutions delivered to its clients, as well as a high level of adaptability to the challenges generated by the volatility of public labor policies.
A key milestone in 2025 was the transition of all Smartree partners to REGES ONLINE, one of the most extensive operational changes in Romania’s HR market. The implementation was completed without disruptions, following a rigorous preparation and technological adaptation process carried out throughout the year.
Smartree’s proprietary platform for integrated human capital management continued to evolve through enhancements focused on autonomy, accuracy, and traceability.
