During the first quarter of 2017, the Economy Report recorded an increase of 14.24%. The wages increased by a percentage of 14.28% and the number of employees grew by 13.35% compared to the same period of 2016.
The Employee Well-being has increased by 5.73%, with increases in the level of all indicators: bonuses: +5.72%, number of days of annual leaves: +18.24%, number of sick days: +8.56%.
