In November, the state of the economy grew by 4.55% compared to the same month in 2019. This growth was driven by the upward trend in both the number of available jobs and the salary levels. Specifically, the two indicators that determine the state of the economy increased by 3.4% and 6.7% respectively in November 2020 compared to November 2019, with the salary growth in the private sector being the highest recorded this year.
The indicator reflecting employee well-being declined again this month, with an average decrease of -26% compared to the same month last year. This downward trend was caused by a reduction in employee benefits, down by 23%, as well as a decrease in vacation days taken, which dropped by approximately one-third compared to November 2019.
