Smartree Romania and E-Sign Romania signed the first electronic online contract in Romania, using electronic signature certification service, recently launched on the Romanian market.
Using VeriSign technology, the companies have legalized the partnership through the company Smartree becomes electronic signature provider, thus the pioneered online certification business in Romania was opened.
