What will you do in this role?

1. Analysis and Documentation: Gather the client’s business requirements and document the technical specifications needed to configure the payroll process (application modules);

2. Data Import and Validation: Collect, structure, and import employees’ initial and historical data (balances, medical leave history, personal information, etc.) into the application;

3. Configuration: Define the organizational structure, payroll calculation rules (benefits, deductions, etc.), time and attendance elements, reports, and more;

4. Validation and Testing: Test the solution through parallel runs, analyze the results, and identify and resolve any discrepancies before Go-Live;

5. Reporting and Delivery: Configure and generate the financial and HR reports requested by the client (accounting entries, payroll costs, payslips, etc.) and ensure delivery within the agreed deadlines;

6. Preparation and Validation of Tax Declarations: Generate and verify the files required for mandatory declarations (e.g., D112, REVISAL), based on validated data;

7. Handover and Operational Support: Ensure a smooth transition to the operational stage after Go-Live by transferring the information, configurations, and documentation required to run the payroll process.

What would we like you to bring to the team?

• Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing (under Romanian legislation), personnel administration, or HR/Payroll software implementation (preferably in an outsourcing environment);

• Languages: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, required for direct interaction with international clients and reporting;

• Software Skills: Previous experience working with payroll software systems (configuration, setup, etc.) is an advantage.
