According to the report and analysis of employees’ digital behaviors from 2021 to 2023, significant changes have been highlighted in productivity, engagement, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
Productivity:
Stabilizing Digital Behaviors: Employees maintained an average working time of about 7 hours and 24 minutes per day, indicating an adaptation to the new hybrid work conditions.
Increased Efficiency: Although the workday duration decreased by 15% from Q1 2021 to Q4 2023, employees completed their tasks within this shorter period while maintaining a steady level of productivity.
Engagement and Work-Life Balance:
Decreased Engagement: 20% of employees were identified as less engaged due to underutilization, an increase of 67% compared to 2021.
Decrease in Burnout: 7% of employees were at risk of burnout due to overwork, a slight decrease compared to previous years.
Weekend Work: 4% of employees worked on weekends, down from 5% in 2022.
Adoption of Technology:
AI Adoption: 22% of employees used artificial intelligence tools in 2023, a 50% increase from Q1 to Q4.
Influencing Factors: AI adoption varied by industry, company size, and work environment. For example, the telecommunications sector (34%) and legal services (32%) had the highest rates of AI usage.
