We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing small to medium-sized software projects, with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced managers and actively contribute to project success. You will closely collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure all project stages are completed according to plan.

Responsibilities:

• Managing software implementation projects, creating implementation plans for clients, allocating resources, and tracking deadlines.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project management objectives, scope, and other requirements.
• Organizing and participating in project meetings to understand requirements, provide solutions, and monitor results.
• Overseeing the daily progress of projects and updating their status.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Providing assistance and support to clients during the implementation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and documenting all client-specific processes.
• Tracking and managing risks, actions, and decisions throughout the implementation project.
• Monitoring deliverables to ensure a smooth transition to the operational team.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation (project plans, status reports, internal reports, etc.).
• Managing client billing, tracking invoices, and monitoring completed, postponed, or canceled projects.
• Maintaining an operational relationship with the international partner and consistently updating work procedures.

Requirements:

• A university degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Basic knowledge of software project implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external teams (clients and partners).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
