Sales Manager
We’re looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills who can effectively communicate with all levels of client decision-makers. An ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of industry-specific trends, exhibit exemplary personal character and commitment, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance;
- Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value prop, tech, process and current partnerships;
- Participating at different marketing events and organizing workshops;
- Maximizing new business development opportunities and generating new leads / clients;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team and to the board of directors;
- Coordinating the Sales team.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Act as an example in areas of personal character, commitment, selling skills and work habits;
- Prove effective skills in interacting and negotiating with decision makers at all clients’ levels;
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
