HR & Payroll Software Implementation Consultant
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who can bring a smile to our clients’ faces, applying passion and expertise to every task.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Human Resources, or IT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing HR or payroll software solutions
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation in Romania
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL
- Client-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
- English language – intermediate/advanced level
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and participate in implementation planning, ensuring that software solutions align with client needs
- Configure the application according to agreed specifications and import initial client data, transforming figures into valuable insights
- Perform accurate payroll calculations, ensuring process correctness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
- Prepare technical and acceptance documentation, translating technical jargon into clear and accessible language
- Provide client support in both business-related aspects and software usage, acting as a trusted guide
- Lead training sessions to help users efficiently adopt the HR & payroll software
