We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who can bring a smile to our clients’ faces, applying passion and expertise to every task.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Human Resources, or IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing HR or payroll software solutions
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation in Romania
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL
• Client-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
• English language – intermediate/advanced level

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and participate in implementation planning, ensuring that software solutions align with client needs
• Configure the application according to agreed specifications and import initial client data, transforming figures into valuable insights
• Perform accurate payroll calculations, ensuring process correctness
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
• Prepare technical and acceptance documentation, translating technical jargon into clear and accessible language
• Provide client support in both business-related aspects and software usage, acting as a trusted guide
• Lead training sessions to help users efficiently adopt the HR & payroll software
