Human Resources Inspector

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources;
– Human Resources Inspector certification;
– Advanced knowledge of labor law, to ensure all processes are accurate and compliant;
– MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), necessary for documentation and efficient data management.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Preparing and managing employment documents, including employment contracts, additional documents, and termination papers, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
– Organizing and archiving personnel files in an orderly and accessible manner, so documents are always within reach;
– Issuing necessary certificates for employees, such as those for banking, family doctor, income verification, etc.;
– Supporting payroll and personnel administration processes;
– Updating and maintaining the HR database to ensure data accuracy and clear personnel records.
