The Classification of Occupations in Romania has changed again this year as a result of the Joint Order of the Ministry of Labor and SNI no. 2176/931/2013, published in the Official Monitor, Part I, no. 692 of 13 November 2013.
The normative act, already in force after its publication, has modified COR – level of occupation (six characters) with 44 new occupations practiced in the economy of Romania.
Among the new occupations you could found:
- Assistant information analyst, code 413207
- Auditor in risk management, code 242116
- Physical security risk assessor, code 242115
- Inspector / reviewer in materials management and fixed assets, code 214953
- Facilities manager, code 242117
- Chief Human Resources Office, code 121209
The order makes changes to the base groups and radiates four occupations:
- Chief Cadastral Office, code 131113
- Cadastral Researcher, code 211441
- Cadastral Research Engineer, code 211442
- Cadastral Researcher Assistant, code 211443
The Classification of Occupations in Romania is applied in all fields and is required to complete official documents whenever required the specification of occupation, according to Gouvern Decision no 1352/2010.
COR has been changed in early February by adding 52 new occupations, changing designations of existing occupations and moving others from a base group to another. See the Smart Update about modifying COR in February 2013.
There are several significant changes in project. Minister of Labor has proposed filling the structure with five new base groups and to clarify some provisions of law.
